Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Twitch Daily Compilation handles information when it creates videos and uploads them to the operator's YouTube channel.

Private-use application. Twitch Daily Compilation is operated by FragCap for personal use. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide public user accounts.

1. What the application does

Twitch Daily Compilation creates video compilations from eligible Twitch clips and uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the YouTube Data API v3 to upload those compilations to a YouTube channel selected by the operator. The operator controls the schedule, content, metadata, audience designation, and privacy status of each upload.

2. Information accessed and processed

The application processes only the information needed to authorize and perform uploads:

The application does not request or store the operator's Google password. It does not request separate access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or advertising data.

3. How information is used

The information described above is used only to:

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, used for credit decisions, or used to build user profiles. The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens, upload records, and generated video files are stored locally on the operator's private server. Authorization files are restricted to the server account that runs the automation. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit unauthorized access, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Video files, metadata, and authorization data are transmitted to Google and YouTube only as necessary to authenticate and perform the requested uploads. The server hosting provider may process stored data as an infrastructure provider. Information is not shared with other parties except when required by law or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the application.

Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and deletion

OAuth authorization data is kept only while the automation remains authorized and active. Upload records are kept only as long as needed to prevent duplicate uploads and operate the service. A user may request deletion of stored Google or YouTube API data by emailing Fragcapyt@gmail.com. Valid deletion requests will be completed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than seven calendar days after receipt.

Deleting locally stored data does not delete videos or other data already stored by YouTube. Those items must be managed separately in YouTube or YouTube Studio.

7. Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. After revocation, the application can no longer make authorized YouTube API requests. The operator will delete locally stored authorization data and related YouTube API data as soon as reasonably possible and no later than seven calendar days after learning of the revocation.

8. This website

These public information pages do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, account registration, or application-controlled cookies. The website hosting provider may process routine technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, under its own privacy policy.

9. Children

This private application is not directed to children and is not available for public registration or use.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the application changes or legal and platform requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
