Terms of Service
These terms govern authorization and use of Twitch Daily Compilation, a private automation tool operated for its owner's YouTube channel.

Private-use application. Twitch Daily Compilation is operated by FragCap. It is not offered as a public or commercial service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By authorizing or using Twitch Daily Compilation, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service when the application accesses or uses YouTube API Services.
2. Description of the application
Twitch Daily Compilation retrieves eligible Twitch clips, assembles them into a compilation, and uploads the resulting video and configured metadata to the operator's chosen YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API v3. The application may also check for a matching prior upload to avoid creating a duplicate after an interrupted operation.
3. Authorization and control
The operator must expressly authorize the application through Google OAuth before it can access YouTube API Services. The operator is responsible for choosing the correct YouTube channel and for configuring the upload title, description, tags, category, audience designation, privacy status, and other available settings.
Authorization may be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Revocation prevents future authorized uploads until the application is authorized again.
4. Content and legal responsibility
The operator is solely responsible for:
- ensuring they have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for every Twitch clip, video, audio track, image, name, logo, and other element included in an upload;
- complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, data-protection, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws;
- complying with Twitch, YouTube, Google, and other applicable platform rules;
- correctly designating content as made for children or not made for children; and
- reviewing generated videos and metadata before enabling unattended or public uploads.
The application must not be used to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content, or to manipulate views, engagement, or other platform activity.
5. Third-party services
The application depends on services provided by Twitch, Google, and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, including the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. Availability or functionality may change without notice as those services change.
6. Privacy
The application's handling of Google authorization data, YouTube API data, upload records, and deletion requests is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time. Features may stop working because of API changes, quota limits, authorization changes, network failures, or changes to third-party services. These terms may be updated when the application or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. No guarantee is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, reputation, content, or account access arising from use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
Use of the application ends when the operator stops the automation, removes its locally stored authorization, or revokes Google access. Obligations concerning content rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable third-party terms survive termination where legally appropriate.
11. No affiliation
Twitch Daily Compilation is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Twitch, Google, or YouTube. Twitch, YouTube, Google, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
